1. Optical brightener CBS-X

Belongs to stilbene biphenyl derivatives. It is an anionic fluorescent whitening agent. Light yellow powder with good solubility, the solubility is 25g/L at 25℃, and the solubility is 300g/L at 95℃. Very low toxicity and superior biodegradability.

Because there is no chlorine in the molecule, it is extremely resistant to chlorine bleaching, oxygen bleaching agents and strong acids, and is also resistant to alkalis, light and perspiration. Repeated washing will not make the fabric yellow or green. The highest absorption wavelength is 349nm. It has a good whitening and brightening effect on cellulose fiber, polyamide and protein fiber at room temperature (reddish light), and the whitening effect on cotton is equivalent to stilbene bistriazine 2.7 times the optical brightener, and also has a good micro-cyan hue.

Optical brightener CBS-X has suitable affinity for cellulose fiber and good diffusion performance, which can make the fabric quickly reach high whiteness in a short time. At the same time, due to its good solubility and diffusibility, it has excellent uniform whitening at low liquor ratio. It is resistant to light and washing.

Optical brightener CBS-X is widely used in washing powder and washing cream, especially in liquid detergents. Optical brightener CBS-X is also used in soap and soap production.

Because of its greater solubility at low temperatures, Optical brightener CBS-X is particularly suitable for low-temperature washing. Its stable chemical properties make it widely used in industrial detergents such as hotels, restaurants and hospitals. But the high price of Optical brightener CBS-X restricts its application greatly.

2.Optical brightener 31#

Optical brightener 31# belongs to stilbene triazine type fluorescent whitening agent. Light yellow powder with cyan fluorescence. Optical brightener 31# is soluble in water and alcohol. It is an anionic brightener. It can be used in conjunction with anionic and nonionic surfactants and other additives, but it is not suitable for use with cationic surfactants or dyes. When combined with anionic and nonionic surfactants for washing, it will have a significant whitening effect on the fiber. Not resistant to chlorine, unstable in chlorine-containing bleach, but stable in sodium sulfite and hydrogen peroxide bleach.

Mainly used for the whitening of synthetic washing powder, soap, soap and paper. It can also be used for whitening of cotton fabrics, nylon and rayon, wool, silk and other fabrics.
