1. Why is the appearance of the optical brightener OB-1 different from yellow and green?

 At first, the appearance of the optical brightener OB-1 of the old process was dark yellow. With the continuous improvement of the process, two appearances of yellow and green came out. In fact, the PH value was adjusted during the production process. When the PH value is greater than 7, the appearance is yellow, and when the pH value is less than 7, the appearance is green powder.

2. What is the essential difference between the yellow appearance of the optical brightener OB-1 and the green appearance?

First of all, as a masterbatch industry, the particles produced with green powder are green, and the particles produced with yellow powder are yellow. Because customers have different requirements for different colors, no matter whether it is yellow or green, both have a hot sale in the market.

Secondly, the shades of the two are also slightly different. The shade of yellow is slightly blue-violet, while the shade of green is only blue.

Finally, the yellow-looking optical brightener OB-1 has a melting point 5 degrees Celsius higher than that of the green-looking optical brightener. Of course, this difference is also very small compared to 360 degrees melting point.

In a word, to the final whitening effect, in fact, there is not much difference between the two.

3. Regarding packaging, our general packaging is 25kg/fiber drum, 450kg or 500kg or 675kg /pallet, about 5mt per 20'FCL.
